   so sad, it sickens me. i heard more about that damn OJ simpson then i did about this 11 year old girl being molested on a flight. so sad . . .this is the world/society we live in. . . .

   Yes, but it isn’t as bad as England, they recently interrupted a memorial service for a murdered child for a press release from a couple suspected of killing their baby, then a couple of days later, they stopped an analysis of the military errors in
   Iraq for a live picture of the aircraft carrying the same couple back to the UK, landing………

   People want escapism from their mundane lives. celebrities provide that avenue of escape.

   You are100% correct on this one.I don’t pay much attention to the celebrity news. They do something & get away with it most of the time anyhow. Priorities are definately out of order now days. Thank heaven there are still some people who do care. I’m proud to say I am one of them.

   Priorities are completely screwed up within our society…….The ads that ask “Have You Seen ——” and show a picture of the child that doesn’t stay on the screen for 3 seconds is a perfect example……….That doesn’t give a person time to get an idea of what the child actually looks like……..It’s just a flash on the screen………..Yet we’ll do, what seems like an eternity, about Brittney, Paris, Michael, and all of these people who are really nothing more than messed up spoiled brats or criminals………As for these people, especially the ones like Brittney, Paris etc. I couldn’t care less……….Yet when is comes to a missing child I would like to be able to see that picture and have a chance to memorize it, just by the slightest chance that child is spotted by a person and can be helped or even saved……….That’s the screwed up media for you…………..CAT
